This Privacy Policy discloses how RedLine Solutions collects, protects, uses, and shares the personal information gathered on RedLine Solutions’ website(s) (“Site”) and through use of its applications and services (“Services”). This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time through an updated posting, and we will indicate the last revision date. Therefore, you should check the Privacy Policy periodically. Disclosures Specific to Services

In the course of providing our Services to customers (“Customers”), Redline Solutions may collect personal information under the direction of its Customers and has no direct relationship with those individuals whose personal information it processes in such circumstances. We will use and disclose your personal information as provided in our agreement regarding such Services with the Customer, which may differ from the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you are an employee, contractor, and/or user of one of our Customers and would like more information about our use and disclosure of your information, or if you wish to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data, please contact that Customer.

What Personal Information Is Collected

Like many websites and apps, RedLine Solutions uses third-party services (“Service Provider”) to gather information. Currently we use Google Analytics with our Site and Services, and Firebase Crashlytics with our Services. The Service Provider uses information-gathering tools, such as log files, cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to automatically collect information. This information may contain details of your visits to our Site and use of the Services, including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Site (behavioral tracking) or, in the case of cookies, function as your identification card and enables RedLine Solutions to record your passwords and preferences. Information about your computer and Internet connection, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, may also be collected.

In certain sections of the Site, you may request more information from RedLine Solutions. If you elect to request more information from us, we may collect your name, company, title, email address and phone number as well as any personally identifiable information that you elect to include in your message to us.

When you register or login to use our Services, you may be required to provide us with personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, password and username.

Other than the above, no personally identifiable information is collected by RedLine Solutions when you use our Site and Services.

How we use Personal Information

We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our business requirements, legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our assets, and enforce our agreements. For example, we may use your personally identifiable information to:

• deliver to you the Services and information you have requested,

• verify your authority to enter certain password protected areas of the Site and/or Services, and

• operate and improve the Site and the Services. If you are a user of our Services, we will use your personally identifiable information to provide the Services to you and to provide user support to you. We also may use such aggregate information to administer the Site and Services and track users' movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use such as to improve our Services.

As mentioned above, our Service Provider may collect, or we may provide them, your personally identifiable information and the aggregate information described above, in the course of the Service Provider’s provision of services. The Service Provider’s own use of your information is subject to their own privacy policies, which you may find in the links identifying the Service Provider above. RedLine Solutions will disclose your personally identifiable information and aggregate data if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority or to assist in any investigation, to protect our or our users' rights or to enforce our customer agreements.

We will not sell your personally identifiable information to any company or organization except we may transfer your personally identifiable information to a successor or parent entity upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization in which RedLine Solutions participates or to a purchaser of all or substantially all of RedLine Solutions’ assets to which the Site and/or Services relates.

Links To Other Sites and Tracking

The Site may provide links to other web sites or resources over which RedLine Solutions does not have control (“External Web Sites”). Such links do not constitute an endorsement by RedLine Solutions of those External Web Sites. You acknowledge that RedLine Solutions is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and further agree that RedLine Solutions is not responsible for the content of such External Web Sites. Your use of External Web Sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies located on the linked to External Web Sites.

At this time, we do not track users over multiple websites and therefore we do not respond to browser 'Do Not Track' signals, as we await the work of interested stakeholders and others to develop standards for how such signals should be interpreted.

Children

RedLine Solutions recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. This Site and our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. RedLine Solutions does not target this Site or the Services to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifying information from children on this Site or through our Services.

Security

We employ industry standard procedural and technological measures that are reasonably designed to help protect your personally identifiable information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. The Site and Services are intended for use by users located in North America only. Your personal information in connection with the Site or Services may be transferred to the United States of America and elsewhere, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection to that required in your respective country.
